Meet Maven

About Maven

Maven was one among a litter of 11 babies to Aussie mama Sassy. He and his siblings arrived just days after Sassy came to HUA. Maven has the most interesting markings on his face, which made him the easiest to identify when the puppies were all just a bunch of little balls of fluff. Maven is very playful, especially with his siblings, but he is branching out to meet other dogs and he has a great time doing so.  He has started leash training and basic obedience class, and he is showing us that he is smart and eager to learn.  He was very proud of himself for learning  “sit” so quickly. Maven is a typical Aussie puppy–curious, affectionate, clumsy and fun-loving.
