About Livvie Faith
Owner surrenders are always rough. This one was extra sad. Livvie Faith’s person moved to a place that did not allow dogs. This beautiful pup was so downtrodden and dejected that we were not sure she would ever quite come around. Nothing we did or said made things better for her. She needed time to decompress, but leaving her to wallow without pressing her to trust us would have been detrimental to her progress. Livvie’s caregivers were gentle and patient, yet persistent, and Live has made great strides. She has made friends with the other dogs and the humans who were so worried for her, she likes cats, adores her toys and shows off her basic commands with great pride. She is a little bit wary around men, but she does come around if given some patience and time. We are so very proud of our unrelentingly loving caregivers, and of Livvie Faith who made the decision to be happy.
