About Kane H

Best. Dog. Ever.  Handsome Kane came to HUA from a shelter in California.  Severe flooding meant that dogs already in shelters had to be moved out to make room for family dogs who may have had a chance at being reunited with their people.  Kane is a high-energy athlete.  He loves the company of other dogs and engages in rough and rowdy play like a puppy.  He is crate trained, house trained, loves other dogs and is even friendly with cats.  This smart kid already knows all of his basic commands and gives an adorable “high five” whenever asked.  In obedience school he has begun to learn more difficult commands such as “place,” and Kane loves every second of it.  He soaks up new information like a sponge and always wants to learn more.  When Kane is not being a star student he is enjoying long walks with his caregiver and happily playing with his many toys.  Kane is the perfect example of a young, loving, loyal and well-mannered family dog.
