About Amara

Amara is a sweet, gentle girl with a tender heart and so much love waiting to shine through. She can be very scared at first, but her desire to connect with people is strong and incredibly endearing. With patience and kindness, Amara slowly opens up and shows her affectionate, loyal side. Leashes are still a bit intimidating for her, so calm support and positive experiences will help build confidence. Amara is selective with dogs her own size and does not enjoy larger canine companions. She would likely do best as a single child. Once she feels secure, her personality blossoms in the most rewarding way. Amara is ready for a peaceful home that celebrates small wins and big hearts.
