About Voss

On a summer day in Nebraska, when the heat index was 104 degrees, 44 Australian Shepherds were rescued from the horrors of life in a puppy mill.  Voss was among the sorrowful group.  He was a major scaredy cat, afraid of people, his new surroundings, the grass–just about everything frightened this little guy.  Leash training has given Voss a little bit of confidence, and he is beginning to enjoy being out and about with the humans whom he trusts.  He blooms in the company of the other dogs, especially the more outgoing pups who show him courage.  A family of his own will help Voss continue to understand freedom and happiness.  He would certainly love to have a doggy brother or sister to show him the ropes.
