Meet Klaus

About Klaus

Damon, Stefan and Klaus are adorable puppies who were found as strays.  We think the boys will weigh about 60 pounds once they are fully grown. From the beginning, Klaus was the trouble maker.  He was quite mischievous and not the best listener.  Caregivers knew he must be enrolled in the Adoption Academy and with delicious treats, one-on-one attention and lots of praise, Klaus straightened right out.  He is still hilarious and even a tad bit naughty, but it is all in good fun and he performs for the laughs.  He does really well on his leash when he is walking with mentors, and we continue to work with him on solo walks.  He is also toy and treat motivated so basic commands training is coming along very nicely.  Klaus loves pack walks with the other larger dogs, and we think he would really like to have a canine sibling.
