Meet Phineas

About Phineas

Phineas came from a home where too many cats were living.  As a result he is shy around humans, as he does not quite understand affection yet.  His patient caregivers give hime plenty of time to warm up because they know he will eventually emerge from his cat cubby, and then the lovely purring begins. Phineas would very much enjoy a quieter home with another kitty to keep him company as he learns to fully trust people.
