Maggie Mae was in a shelter in California when flooding had severe impacts on the area.  Dogs already in shelters had to be moved out to make room for newly displaced dogs who may have had families searching for them. Maggie Mae is HILARIOUS! She is a clown and loves to make people laugh. When we bring her into the yard, she zoomies around like a goof, makes grunting noises, and rolls around on her back. She loves to chase toys and fling them into the air. She growls when she plays which at first we were confused by, but we have figured out our girl is just “talking.” She is very social with dogs and people. She has become great friends with several dogs and they go into the yard together everyday and play.  Whomever adopts Maggie Mae is in for a world of fun.
