About Dolly

Dolly was brought to HUA in pretty rough shape.  Her person could no longer care for her, and she was obese, defeated and depressed. The poor dear could barely move.  Once she went into her therapeutic foster home however, sweet little Dolly became a new woman.  To say she is the best dog in the world would not be inaccurate.  Dolly loves the other foster dogs and when she visits the HUA office during the day she gives the bigger dogs a piece of her classically Chihuahua mind. She has finally lost some of her extra weight and she begins each day with crazy zoomies to maintain her new figure.  Dolly adores people but she is also rather independent so she would rather walk around the place than be carried.  This adorable little girl does quite well with her house manners and will use potty pads indoors if the weather does not permit a nice trot in the sun.  She is bound to become her new family’s pride and joy.

Becoming an HUA Buddy changes a life. For a monthly donation, you can befriend a dog or cat in need of some love and support until your fuzzy pal is adopted.
