Kinzie was a stray dog in Louisiana that needed a safe place to go. We happily welcomed her to HUA but were soon devastated to learn that Kinzie had heartworms. Months of painful and arduous treatment were what her near future would look like. Finally, Miss Kinzie has finished up her treatment and she is very ready to become a new family member. She adores playing with toys, walking nicely on her leash and skipping about in the big yards. She is sweet and playful, soaking up attention like a sponge. Kinzie is also gorgeous with the prettiest spots on her cute, floppy ears. A home of her own is what this sweetheart dreams of.
