  • National Drinking Water Week May 5

    We don’t often pause to consider the incredible value of a safe, reliable water supply — and the water system that delivers it — in our everyday lives. Did you know that as your community water provider, TVWD is responsible for much more than making sure high quality water comes out of your tap? 5-5-08

  • Board Adopts Sustainability Policy

    In addition to the Sustainability Plan and Sustainability Video, in April 2008, TVWD’s Board of Commissioners adopted a resolution establishing TVWD’s Sustainability Policy. 4-29-08

  • Testing ASR

    TVWD will begin testing an Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) well on May 5. ASR consists of injecting and storing surplus treated water into an underground aquifer while water supplies are plentiful, and recovering the stored water during the higher-demand summer months. 4-16-08
