Ellen spent the first six years of her life being bred for profit in a puppy mill. She was transported to the HUA shelter in the back of a horse trailer, arriving muddy, cold and skinny. She is now a big, beautiful girl who is very grateful for her freedom. Ellen is still a little bit shy but she is learning to enjoy human touch and interaction. She is a sweet, sensitive girl who deserves all the joy and comfort a home of her own will bring.
