Now living happily in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Bali was found as a stray and ended up in a dog pound in Nebraska. She is a gorgeous girl with a mix of pug, maybe beagle, maybe rhodesian ridgeback and quite possibly even greyhound! She is a superior runner and zooms around the yard like she is on an important mission. She loves anything associated with PLAYING and has fun no matter what she's doing. Bali has requested a family with an active lifestyle and a big, fenced in yard where she can continue perfecting the art of zooming. She tells us another dog in the house will be fine, as long as it doesn't get in her way!

Hearts United for Animals is a national no-kill shelter, sanctuary and animal welfare organization. Hearts United for Animals does long distance adoptions if there are safe flights and we have volunteers in the area to do a home visit. We require an application, references and a home visit to adopt one of our dogs. Our dogs are all spayed or neutered and are current on health care. We can cat test a dog if requested. Buddies are people who support the dog and send them love while they are waiting for their new home. The dog does not live with the buddy.
