Jamie's front leg had a severe indentation and was smashed flat clear to her toes with a rupture of flesh on one side. It looked as if she had been caught in a trap and then pulled free. There was no hope to save her leg. It had to be amputated at the shoulder.

A week of depression passed for Jamie as she lay quietly in her basket at the Shelter. Then her true personality emerged.

She is a bright, playful, loving kitten, as agile as any four-legged cat. Jamie is looking for that very special home with people who want to give her everything for life.
